Films Nominated for the 8th Year of the Saturday Film Discussion Group

The Saturday Film Discussion Group is a monthly film discussion group that was formed in SW Ohio in 2018. It works like a book club. We watch the film or films on our own time. We then meet monthly to discuss one or two pre-determined titles. We switched our meetings to Zoom in 2020, and thus can now accept members from just about anywhere. This list features titles that current members have nominated for our upcoming 8th year calendar. We will be voting in August to pick 12 of these selections. Many are individual selections. However, some are double features or groups of films. They are generally listed chronologically. You can usually tell what the double features or groupings are when something is out of chronological order. The 16 Tex Avery animated shorts at the end of the list are all one selection.
