Films That Played in Theaters & Other Public Venues in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1986 - Page 17

I went through the movie listings for every day of the year 1986 in the back issue database of The Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper. This list includes films shown at all first run & second run theaters. Drive-ins, revival theaters, and repertory theaters are also covered. I also checked the "Events / Things to Do" type columns for all special screenings that took place outside of normal movie theaters (screenings at museums, churches, libraries, etc.). The films are in the order they appeared in the newspaper day by day. Films are only listed once, even if they had several different runs in different Cincy theaters in 1986. This list was produced at this time because 1986's "Blue Velvet" is the subject of the upcoming April 15, 2023 Zoom meeting of The Saturday Film Discussion Group.
