there are many, many movies (especially from regional cinema) that I haven't seen so after watching them this list can change.
there are many classic films like Garam Hawa, Salaam Bombay, Sparsh which I haven't seen yet so you won't find them in this list
also there are many classics that I have seen like Mother India, Mughal-e-Azam, Sholay etc which I am not fan of, so didn't included them in list
