These are books that are the source of at least one acclaimed movie (according to IMDb). So people who enjoy book-movie combinations might find this list useful.
From my viewpoint, this is a list of the books behind some classic movies that I wish to (re)watch. Whether I (re)read the book before watching the movie is unpredictable.
