Great Fiction Set at Christmas

Just as the title says, these are stories primarily set at Christmas time, although not all of them are specifically ABOUT Christmas. (In the case of "Ben-Hur", the opening chapters of this "Tale of the Christ" are a superb rendition of the Nativity Story.) I have chosen to omit the rom-com sub-genre, as most of them are on a par with Hallmark Channel movies; Let the John Grisham and Elle Hillebrand selections represent them all.
