Horror Movies: The Slashers

Slasher films. Gotta love 'em. Lotta fun and often mindless. Great filler for a boring evening. Some are outright boring and hilariously bad while others are pretty damn fun or cool to some degree. I think I ended at 115 which amazingly I've seen all of save for 2 or 3 that are out of print and only available overseas or from the Vhs nuts out there. Lot of classics for the horror buff whether obvious like Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, Psycho, The Prowler, The Burning, Prom Night or Madman, even Peeping Tom. Mostly though is likely oddball or films many have never heard of unless a collector or horror fan. Many may be new to you and others ones you forgot about. Some are best forgotten but have cool covers at least. I left out the redundancy of Friday the 13th, Halloween and other sequels, but I put the ones that truly fit the genre in my view. There are so many more than I haven't listed, but 115 fits the bill for me. Enjoy the insanity.
