Books I have carried around with me in my handbag during the course of 2016 for reading on the go. I have quite a sizeable grey handbag, and can fit 2 or 3 reasonably slim books in there along with all my other necessities, so these are books I've had with me during the course of this year... Completely random books, mostly slim ones so that I can fit a few in my bag at any one time!
(For the benefit of those in the USA, a handbag is what you know as a purse - we in the UK think of a purse as similar to a wallet, something just to store money and bank cards in.)
Updated to say I now have a purple Kipling handbag, and that's very roomy with plenty of space for my mini library!
