A Day at the Beach

Let's see... I could go to the beach? Yeah. I could read at the beach. Oh yeah. Or...I could swim in the ocean? Hmm. I am a Constant Reader and therefore I know things. Like, I know there are Sharks in the water and Sharks EAT people! I could go sailing instead? Yeah, right. Sea Monsters and Pirates and Sinister Submarines on the loose! There's Hurricanes and Icebergs. Maybe I get attacked by a Giant Squid! I mean, it could happen. I read about it in a book somewhere. Maybe I get lost, shipwrecked and marooned... maybe get abducted by Aliens and Wake Up On The Moon... WITH NOTHING TO READ. I don't know. I could stay there on the beach. Just crash in the sand, get comfy, drink a bottle of beer and crack open my new book. Let's see...it's about... ah...a TIDAL WAVE! Hmm. . . Maybe I'll just stay home and read.
