Largest City A-Z According to Wikipedia

There are apparently many ways to calculate the population of a city. Wikipedia lists four different ways: city proper, urban area and metropolitan area plus a UN population estimate from 2018 that differs from the other three calculations. So my list includes the largest city for each letter according to each of the four calculations. For some letters, the same city came out as No 1 whatever method was used, but for some letters I've included two, three or four different cities. I'm reasonably well-travelled but some of these cities I couldn't even point to on a map… How many of them have you visited?
