National park. National memorial. National historical park. Many different designations for parks in the U.S. of A. But today there is one certain kind of designation we will be looking at: the national monument. Normally, we only do parks owned by the National Park Service (NPS). But there are others, such as the Bureau of Land Management, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, etc. I've decided to include their national monuments as well, so don't be surprised if you haven't heard of all of them.
