MAD Magazine's Paperback Roulette

Please click the link for full appreciation!
In Mad No. 63 (June '61), the feature "Paperback Roulette" (written by Sy Reit, illustrated by Bob Clarke) tells stories using only the titles of paperback books. There's a "Love Story," "Crime Story," "Western Story," "Success Story," "Confession Story," and quick "Self-Improvement and Philosophy" courses. Unfortunately, I couldn't find all of the books mentioned, which is why there are a couple of incomplete stories here. They also changed a couple of titles to suit the purpose. For some books with generic titles, I had to guess which ones they meant. If anyone knows any I missed (once you look at the original piece), please comment.
