Cars is still one of my favourite Pixar movie, a hateful protagonist that grow so much until the end, really well done.
There Was a Castle With Forty Dogs is a conteporary fable that any child can like, i greatly suggest it.
Then from Cars 2 to Charming is all passable but nothing exceptional, you can skip it, while the last Casper you MUST skip.
