Markd9528's Trending Iconic List - Page 12

This challenge lists book icons that I have made over the last year. These particular icons are a small sample from the thousands made by me, and are drawn from many genres. Stupidly, I've even made some twice. And apologies for any icon accidentally claimed as my handiwork.
My most frequent reasons for making a new icon are to create one for a book not yet on the database, to add the author's name, and to create a more attractive or fresh icon. An important reason is to reshape and resize the image of the book's cover so it fits completely on the icon. Others include correcting spelling, creating a matched set of icons for a books series, highlighting a good translation and fixing punctuation so that books sort properly. Mostly obsessive-compulsive reasons.
