Metallica needs no introduction among metal fans and I'm sure even those who don't listen to metal probably know their name. They haven't actually been the most productive band of the genre, with just ten main albums released plus one covers collection and a collaboration with Lou Reed, but this act's importance and legendary status cannot be disputed.
