Movies Colette Has Seen With a Social Conscience

These are movies that address broader social issues and inform and inspire as well as entertain. I have learned a lot about other people and movements and struggles from the movies. I like how you cheer for the characters and often real life stories. There are some historical films too because I think they inform about social issues too and some are dramas that deal with serious challenges. These are movies that have inspired me personally your list may be totally different.
