a developing list presented by NO CINEMA!: a quarterly zine on film culture(s) and politicsINTRODUCTION TO THE "CONTRIBUTOR'S CANON:"Every issue of NO CINEMA! features an updated version of an ever-developing *ranked* "canon" of films—chosen and organized by (voted by) contributors (creatives and staff)—which reflect the ethos of the people who make-up the quarterly and so, in turn, reflect the character of the project itself. The hope is that the collection can serve to better orient both writers and readers to the perspective of the project and, as a developing list, continue to reflect that perspective even as the zine grows and changes over time.
