Nonfiction for the Young Readers or Curious People

There is wonderful narrative nonfiction and biographies for kids. Jeopardy James said he did his prep for his championship run on the show in the children's section of the library. The books give good information and serve as a great introduction to people, science, history, and many other subjects. And never ignore the picture books! Some of them have much more good information than longer ones that are mostly photographs, they are written far better, and often give a great bibliography at the end.
