I have been lucky to have visited some of the most interesting places in the world, some of which are now very difficult to go to (e.g. Khyber Pass and Peshawar in Pakistan). When people ask what is my favourite place, it's a very difficult question as everywhere has something to recommend it and every place is a learning experience. The thing that usually brings back the fondest memories are usually the people, so for that I would have to say my favourites are Spain (where I now live), Canada, Borneo, Sri Lanka and Cambodia.
