Presidents and Prime Ministers Focused on USA, UK and Africa

The USA, UK and Africa are the areas I am most familiar with and hence the focus is on these areas. The books selected are in some of my other lists but this list is focused on biographical detail specific to leaders. Each of the books is entertaining. I have intentionally left out the last 5 years since histroy has not yet looked at this period with objectivity.
