Ragamuffin Reads

The first thing you should know about me is I have read very few adult classics (unabridged, at least). The second thing you should know is that Digger's Bone is the book that taught me how to read, and I loved it so much that, after my little brother had inherited my copy and destroyed it to my great sorrow, my parents tracked down a copy and gave it to me for my 18th birthday and it was one of the best gifts I have ever received. The third thing you should know is I definitely left off books that should be on here, but I would consider this a really good sampling of books that have truly impacted me, particularly growing up. The Yearling I read as an adult and that is precisely the age I would recommend reading it. Ok that's all. Have fun!
