Readers of Europe Recommendations 2020

In 2020, during the pandemic, reading helped many people to cope with isolation and uncertainty. The Council Library of the Council of the European Union launched the Readers of Europe Reading List. The list was compiled on the basis of choices made by 18 of the Permanent Representations of the EU, offering recommendations to help pass the time (from graphic novels to historical fiction, from fairy tales to plays).
