The Bay Area, or "the Bay" as known to locals is a region of variety in terms of landscapes, micro-climates, food and people. This list is by no means, complete as it is my survey of local knowledge and worthwhile, popular "to-do's"
This list includes:
-locations (and some related activities)
-seasonal events
-regional food chains
-"easy to find" bay area food
I tried to group places by geographic proximity, and excluded some of the most obvious ones.
