SFF Novels That Aren't Written by White Men

Maybe you're like me and you work at a tech company and someone decides to start a SF/F book club and you're really excited about it but then you look at the spreadsheet of books people are recommending and white male authors outnumber all other demographics combined 2:1 and you're like "There's got to be a better way" anyway, here it is, the better way. I haven't read all of these books and of the books I have read, I don't love all of them, but they're all rather well regarded and yes, they're mostly published in the last 15 years but I think that says more about the state publishing has been in rather than anything. All books are standalone or the first novel in a series, no author repeats.
