Silent Era.com's Top 300 Silent Films - Page 7

An expanded version of a list that already exists, this list includes 300+ silent masterpieces that span from the 1890s up until Japan and China's silent classics from the 1930s. The list is comprised of both shorts and feature length films, but the titles are exclusively non-talking (although synchronized movie tracks are acceptable). Therefore, seminal "silent" works like The Jazz Singer and The Artist, which are part-talking are omitted.
Note:
Modern Times (1936) is deemed a mute sound film. Also numbers 113 and 251 are two different versions of The Student from Prague (from 1926 and 1913 respectively).
