Silver Birch Award Winners (Canadian Children's Literature)

Part of the Ontario Library Association's Forest of Reading Program, the Silver Birch Awards are given out annually. The Silver Birch Awards are for middle-grade literature (ages 8-12 approximately). Subcategories for Silver Birch Awards include Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Express (aimed at reluctant readers at the younger end of the middle-grade age range). The awards were established in 1994 and this list is complete through 2021.
