Some Places Depicted on Pam Am TV Series

Recently I watched the short lived television series, Pan Am, which told stories of Pan American World Airways stewardesses and pilots during 1963. I enjoyed the period piece aspect of the show with its plots interweaving with history. I have no idea as to whether stewardesses were actually moonlighting as spies, but I found the premise at least intriguing and plausible enough for entertainment purposes.
