No non-fiction or children's books. A few more limits - no nationalities (French, etc.), no partial country names (Carolina), No regions (Appalachian). Word in title must refer to a geographical place with a connection to the novel. No places being used as names (Georgia). No abbreviated places (L.A.). And finally, this list is limited to titles in English. I'm sure there are many more out there, but these books provide a varied selection.
