An updated list of Tv Shows and Movies that have superheroes in them. The most recent movie I watched was Black Widow and it was pretty decent.
I compiled a separate list featuring just TV shows awhile back and decided to just have one list dedicated to superhero media. The definition of superhero varies but I think all these shows and movies fit the definition of a super hero in one way or another.
1. You are a super-hero with superpowers
2. you are a hero who have no super powers
3. spies and special agents count as heroes (in these shows) in their own right
4. you have an ability that is not quite superpower but you use it for good, and to save people (ex. Tru Calling), note: did not add shows like medium or ghost whisperer as they are just melodramas with a supernatural twist while Tru Calling has action.
5. is referred too as a hero in some way (Xena, Hercules) and may have abilities but are not referred to as super.
