TES 100 Fiction Books All Children Should Read Before Leaving Primary School

I've recently managed to finish this list - it's actually more than 100 books as some of them are complete series. Not for the faint-hearted - the purist would read the whole series before checking them off...that's an awful lot of Mr Men and Little Misses...
Some versions of the list, for an unknown reason, substitute no 97, 'The Giant's Necklace' by Michael Morpurgo for 'From Hearabout Hill' also by Michael Morpurgo.
