The Best Films Humanity Has to Offer

In terms of script, production, and acting these are the movies that impressed me the most. They are not all favorites of mine, but they are films that I acknowledge have technical and artistic merit beyond even my favorites. I tried to come to this from the question "If there was person who had never seen a film and I could only show them 100 films to impress them, which films would I show them?"
