The Bibliophile's 1001 Books to Read Before You Die - Page 18

This is a list that I've been wanting to make for some time, but I haven't had the time to do so. It's a special list to me, as I remember getting the original 1001 Books to Read Before You Die book for my birthday nearly twenty years ago, and it inspired me greatly. For perhaps too long I would only read books that were in that 1001 Books edition, and I came to realise that I was neglecting the wonderful new books being published. So I've found a nice balance between the original 1001 Books edition and 21st century literature. I also had different opinions regarding some books either in or not in the original edition. So, this is my list of 1001 Books To Read Before You Die, and it's the most important and personal list I've published to date.
