The British Book Industry Awards 2016

The Bookseller launched The British Book Industry Awards (the new name for the The Bookseller Industry Awards) on 14 January 2016.
Building on the success and legacy of the Bookseller Awards, the 2016 event will mark a step-change in the way the book industry champions its successes and presents itself to the wider world. The Awards will celebrate the greatness of the British book trade and the people behind it - the best books, the best bookshops, the best publishers - from industry greats to those just starting out.
The Books of the Year Award will expand to cover four categories: Children's, Adult Fiction, Non-fiction and Début. Winning one of these categories or the overall Book of the Year Award will be a huge accolade for author and publisher alike.
