The Library 100: The Complete 500 Novels (1-250)

To quote the Online Computer Library Center "Want to dig deeper? Explore a list of the top 500 novels held in WorldCat libraries to find more of your favourite genres and authors".
This is the first part of an extended version of the challenge published recently by KS - that list covered the first 100 books. Thanks to KS. For the sake of completeness I have repeated those first 100 novels. I have also published the 2nd part of the challenge, covering novels 251-500.
