The Millions Hall of Fame - Page 4

Recently I've started putting all the millions top 10 on hold for audiobooks because they're always the type of book that works well in audio format. I looked at the hall of fame list, which is anything that's been in the top 10 for over 6 months, and I was really surprised at how much I have read/owned. I've read 55 and own an additional 30. To be honest I want to challenge myself to move past this tier of reading, but I still want to keep in touch for bonding purposes with relatives and for work. It's mostly "smart mom fiction", a genre which is exemplified by the Goldfinch. I liked that book, for the record. And there's plenty on here on my to-read. There was a lot of books on writing/grammar/litcrit and I didn't include them all but that's telling abt the audience. It's also interesting to see what has stood the test of time and what's been forgotten. There was even a 5 year journal in here lol. But it's just a lesson I need to expand my horizons
