Thought to be lost forever, here it is online for the first time in nearly a decade: The Movie List by Brad Bourland. Mr. Bourland sought to rank every single live-action, non-silent, non-documentary English-language movie released before the year 2000. After spending about ten years on this project, he decided to stop working on the list in 2010 after surpassing 10,000 films.
His website since went offline and no copies of the full list were archived. But while it was still up, I managed to save what should be the final version of the list. I unfortunately do not have any of the earlier versions revisions of the list.
There were quite a few titles that show up twice in the original list, but in order to be as faithful to the list as possible, I intentionally forced this list to include them at both spots where they appear on the list.
