The Novels Elanna Left Out of Her Favs by Mistake

I wrote my all-time favourite novels list and, unconscionably, I left out these ones. So, here they are, because it wouldn't sit right with me otherwise. And yes, the Decameron is there for good reasons. Giacomo Debenedetti knew them reasons well.
As usual, I tried to find English translations of books I read in other languages, because I want them to be read by as many people as possible, and this is an English language profile.
