This Is Called Joan Culture: Reefer Madness Because It the Opposite of It

I know about a lady at marijuana group rehab from years ago that taught about marijuana in a way that maybe I can explain it is kinda significantly lacking example of the basically 1940s propaganda film Reefer Madness because that film is too extreme. Her name was Joan so I call this Joan Culture: Reefer Madness because its the opposite of it. The last 2 movies are there because I need a minimum of 10 movies in my list challenge. Religious people teach wait till marriage but their are a kind of Christian arguments that can be made that there is nothing wrong with if these movies happened just like they did in the movie but in real life but these 2 movies are romantic comedies.
