To the Summit in 60 Books

I couldn't find a list on mountaineering literature here, so I decided to publish my own. This is a mix of some books I have already read and of many I still want to read so it's highly subjective, covering the topics that I find most interesting as well as biographies of my personal heroes. Still I think it also contains a good deal of the must-reads. I hope the list provides some inspiration for both climbers and armchair-adventurers and of course recommendations on further reading are most welcome.
