Trilogies Where the Third Movie Is the Worst

For some reason, so many movie series tend to trip at the finish line, ending a promising trilogy on a low note.
These trilogies are certainly no exception. Although more than a few of them went on to an even worse part 4 (or a better in the cases of Mad Max and the Fast and the Furious).
