True Crime Film List - Page 18

Compiled a list of every true crime movie, documentary and series that I could find from murders to gangsters to heists. Some films are only loosely based on or inspired by true crimes, but any of these films will at least lead you to a true crime. I had to make some choices as to what should make the list. For example, I didn't put films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Natural Born Killers simply because they didn't really follow the true crimes. I decided I would also put in films that aren't true crime in the traditional sense but where true stories of rape, assault and incest have taken place such as Bastard Out of Carolina or What's Love Got To Do With It. I also put in films based on people who were murdered (Selena, Notorious B.I.G.) even if the film isn't about the crime itself. Court room dramas were counted in here as well, as were stories of protests or unfair prosecutions (such as ones about the Aids epidemic or civil rights). Hope y'all enjoy and find some good films.
