Turkey and Dishes
Turkeys are ground-based birds that, when left natural, can fly up to a tree to roost. Farm-raised domesticated turkeys typically have such large breasts that they cannot fly and have to roost on the ground. Both wild and domesticated turkeys are eaten widely. Turkey meat is often used as a replacement for other meats in order to lower fat content. Turkey offal is the parts of a turkey that are normally thrown away. Turkey eggs aren't as common as other domestic birds because they are laid less often and they cost more.
