TV Shows Michael Loved That Eventually Jumped the Shark

These tv shows were at one time great, but lost their way at some point or merely stuck around too long and became (in the best situations) worse and (in the worst cases) downright awful. There are many other examples that I've heard (Dexter, Lost, etc...), but they weren't shows I watched/loved at one time.
