Tarzan. Lord of the Jungle. I fell in love with this character watching the 1970's television series with my Dad. After finding out that they were books, I started one summer vacation reading the first novel at the beach. I then started to read them off and on. Flash forward to the 90's. Borders, no longer around, started these two for one book series of the Tarzan Novels. I scooped them up and read them voraciously. They didn't finish the series and I started to scower the used bookstores to find the rest of the series. I did finally find them including the Tarzan Twins books! Then I started to look for more Tarzan novels and comics which brings this list. There are a new series called Wild Adventures of Tarzan that ERB publications is doing with new stories. (www.erb.org). I hope you enjoy this character who is much more than what movies and cartoons have made him out to be.
