*Disclaimer: everyone has their own opinion on whether an anime should be considered underrated or not due to gradual popularity, or different tastes in anime style and genre. Aside from that, I am not one to classify in general a good anime from not, so some of the anime here may be bad for you, but good for others.

***My personal in this list are definitely Rozen Maiden (though it's not as underrated as it is overlooked at times), The Tatami Galaxy, and Humanity Has Declined.
