Village Voice Top Singles of the 1990s - Page 2

Village Voice was the alt-weekly newspaper in NYC for a long, long time, and they usually had good lists. However, I have to admit, this one kind of disappoints me. I guess it's because the 90s weren't really a good time for singles, once CD became the predominant way that people bought music.
