What Are the Most Underrated Movies? (Ranked by User Watched %) - Page 3

This list brings together movies that repeatedly surface as "underrated" across the ListChallenges community. It draws from 360 movie lists whose descriptions included underrated / under-rated / underated and had a minimum user base of 150, ensuring meaningful participation rather than niche noise. To identify genuine consensus, only films that appeared on at least 11 different lists were included — roughly 3–5% of all lists, a threshold that signals emerging agreement across independent curators rather than one-off mentions. The films are ranked from highest to lowest based on the percentage of users who have watched each film, highlighting which titles have reached the broadest audience within the community. The result is a data-informed look at which movies viewers most often feel deserve greater recognition.
