What Dan Read (In the Order He Read Them)

Dan Pelzer began listing the books he was reading in 1962, and by the time the list was finished in 2023, he had read 3,599 works. Upon Mr. Pelzer's death in 2025, his family posted the list at what-dead-read.com as a tribute to their father, and Mr. Pelzer's life and list now serve as an inspiration to readers everywhere. This is that list, reproduced in the order Mr. Pelzer read them.
