Included are poets, novelists, philosophers, play-writes, non-fiction writers, etc... The question I ask is therefore slightly more broad. Click the writer on the list if you have read at least one complete novel, memoir, play, short story, essay, lengthy article or poem; or several shorter writings or poems by that author. (I mean, a single Haiku does not count.)
This is by no means a complete list, but I have attempted to include a wide range of writers from around the world. For anyone who feels frustrated when they are unable to tick "House of Spirits" when they read "Eva Luna" or "The Stranger" when they have read "The Plague."
