10 Westerns With a Black Lead Actor

Black stories in western films were and still are often neglected, despite the part African Americans played in the Old West. These are just nine movies (plus one Australian western) that put black characters in prominent lead roles. Please note that one film, The Harder They Fall, is still forthcoming at the time of posting, but I included it in order to help draw attention to the movie. The Black Cowboy movie needs more attention from both filmmakers and fans.
