American Fiction Bestsellers 1990-2000

This list should bring back fond memories for many of you. It uses a table in "The Chronology of American Literature: America's Literary Achievements from the Colonial Era to Modern Times" by Daniel S. Burt (2004).
Each block of 10 books shows the bestsellers for a particular year in descending rank order (see below). Slots 49 & 56 refer to the film version, to avoid duplication of the only 2 titles to survive as a bestseller for more than a year (and to enable me to score 1 point).
For reference:
1990: 01-10
1991: 11-20
1992: 21-30
1993: 31-40
1994: 41-50
1995: 51-60
1996: 61-70
1997: 71-80
1998: 81-90
1999: 91-100
2000: 101-110
